How Soon Can I Expect My Order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for items shipping parcel (UPS Ground) from one of our distribution centers. Items and orders shipping via freight truck from our distribution centers may take up to one week. Please add an additional 1-3 business days for summer delivery due to heavy back to school order volume.

Delivery times for items shipping direct from our manufacturers are variable. Most items ship within 2-4 weeks. This may be longer in summer due to to heavy back to school volume. Normally, this includes classroom and office furniture and equipment. For a more estimated delivery time, please Contact Us and we would be happy to contact our manufacturer for an estimated shipment date.

How Do I Obtain Proof of Delivery?

Our convenient online tracking feature allows you to view tracking and shipment delivery information quickly and efficiently. Tracking information provided will include the tracking number, estimated or actual delivery date, as well as the name of the party that signed for the shipment.

If you require a copy of the actual signed Proof Of Delivery form from the carrier, please Contact Us. One of our helpful Customer Care advocates will respond to your request within one business day.

How Do I Know When My Order Ships?

If we have an Email address on file in your account, you will receive an automated order confirmation upon receipt and entry of your order. To ensure your Email address is on file, please be sure to include this information on your customer purchase order when faxing or mailing.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once the order has been processed and shipped.
